Hate Forest: Ukranian NSBM
Normally Hate Forest are an incredibly harsh black metal band (with deeper "growl" vocals, as opposed to the typical black metal "shrieks"), but not on this release. Forest Temple is their foray into Ambient. This is not strange at all for a black metal band to do, black metal and ambient have had very close ties since the beginning (Mortiis, Neptune Towers, prison era Burzum). Not the greatest black metal/ambient crossover, but definitely worth a listen.
